1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the bigboss888 platform is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this document. These terms take effect as soon as you access, register, or use any part of our platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the BigBoss888 platform. Continued use after any updated amendments to the terms is considered acceptance of those amended terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use bigboss888 services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 21 years of age and above at the time of registration
• An individual (not a company or business entity) registering in a personal capacity
• Not located in a country or region that restricts or prohibits online betting activities under local law
• Not subject to an active self-exclusion from any responsible gaming programme
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

BigBoss888 conducts age and identity verification (KYC) procedures to ensure compliance. You may be required to submit valid identification documents at any time upon request by our compliance team.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at bigboss888 at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and wins.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as shown on official identification documents
• An active and valid mobile phone number
• Exact date of birth
• Valid Malaysian bank account details for withdrawal purposes

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits to your bigboss888 account must be made using payment methods supported by the platform, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go, Boost, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum and maximum deposit limits:

• Minimum deposit: MYR 10 (e-wallet) / MYR 30 (bank transfer)
• Maximum daily deposit limit: MYR 50,000 unless a higher limit has been specifically approved

BigBoss888 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposited funds must originate from an account registered under the same name as your BigBoss888 account. Funds received from unknown sources or third parties may be held pending investigation.

5. Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your bigboss888 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: MYR 50 every transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal: MYR 30,000 unless a special limit has been approved
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the bigboss888 account
• The KYC (identity verification) process must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed

BigBoss888 strives to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for e-wallet methods and up to 30 minutes for FPX bank transfers during normal operating hours. Withdrawals involving large amounts or requiring additional security checks may take up to 24 hours.

Withdrawals will not be processed if there is suspicious wagering activity, outstanding bonus balances that have not met rollover requirements, or if the account is under investigation for any reason.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

A BigBoss888 account with no login activity or transactions within a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as "inactive". The following conditions will apply to inactive accounts:

• After 18 months of inactivity: A monthly administrative fee of MYR 10 may be charged against the account balance
• After 36 months of inactivity: The account may be closed and any remaining balance (after fee deductions) will be forfeited in accordance with platform policy

To reactivate an inactive account, members simply need to log in and contact the bigboss888 support team. No reactivation fee is charged.

9. Fraud & Misuse

BigBoss888 operates a sophisticated fraud detection system running continuously to protect all members. The following activities are considered fraud or misuse and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Use of stolen or unauthorised credit card details or bank account information
• Ownership or control of multiple accounts
• Any form of collusion to manipulate game outcomes
• Exploitation of any bugs, technical errors, or system inconsistencies
• Use of a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass regional restrictions
• Any attempt to alter or falsify financial transactions

10. Limitation of Liability

BigBoss888 and its affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or technical issues beyond our control
• Losses arising from legitimate game outcomes
• Any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account caused by the member's own negligence

11. Account Termination

Members may close their BigBoss888 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, any valid cash balance (once rollover requirements are fulfilled) will be returned to the original payment method.

BigBoss888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
